Royal enfield interceptor - The 650 twins

So recently the royal enfield has launched their 650 twins. Why I am calling them twins because it is not one bike but they have launched two 650 cc bikes one is the all new Royal enfield Interceptor about which we are talking today and the second one is the upgraded variant of the continental gt but in this post we will talk about the Interceptor because my previous post was on the continental gt. Specs-    Engine type - 4-stroke, parallel twin, single over head cam shaft (SOHC)
               Max power - 47.65 bhp @7,100 rpm      Max torque - 52 nm @ 4,000 rpm
               Cylinders-  2           Valves  - 4 valves (per cylinder)

It has 4-stroke, parallel twin, single over head cam shaft (SOHC) type engine and 648 cc engine which produces the max power of 47.65 bhp @7,100 rpm and the max torque of 52 nm @ 4,000 rpm. It has 2 cylinder's and 4-valves per cylinder. It has fuel injection as fuel delivery system and digital spark ignition system. It has 6 speed gear box. It gets telescopic fork as front suspension and twin coil over shocks as rear suspension. It get's 100/90-18 as front section tyres and 130/70-18 as rear section tyre. Tyres are tubeless but the down side is that it doesn't get's alloys it get's  regular spokes as other royal enfields. It's fuel tank capacity is of 13.5 liters and it can give the mileage between 20-24 kmpl. It's kerb weight is of  202 kg. Ground clearance is of 174 mm. and the best part it gets duel channel ABS as standard.

Quick overview- Every thing is same as in both the twins except the riding posture. While riding continental gt you will be more confident because of it siting position your legs will be little bit upwards but while ridding the interceptor you can enjoy your ride comfortably. It has the top speed of 160 km per hour as same as the continental gt.
