TVS Radeon

Hi friends my name is Yogesh and today we will talk about the recently launched commuter segment bike TVS Radeon. it's a 110 cc bike and this bike can give very big competition to it's competitors such as Hero Splendor, Hero passion, Bajaj ct 100, bajaj platina and Honda dream series. So without wasting any time let's explore the new commuter bike-

First thing I want to tell you that the commuters are not about performance or power and torque. They are all about comfort, mileage and normal city rides. Now firstly we will talk about it's looks, then what features it offer, then we will talk about what makes it different from other commuters-

TVS Radeon, new arrival tvs bikes,110cc bikes
TVS Radeon
1. Looks - Starting from it's front side it gets old tvs victor's head light but bellow the head light it gets a strip of drl's ( day time running lights ). It gets a very new styled instrumental cluster and looks like a car's one but it is not the digital one with regular looking handle bars, flat but long and broader seat for more comfort. It is a commuter so it looks like a regular commuter but more attractive than others and you can get surprised by it's features.

TVS Radeon
2. Features- Very few commuters offer luggage rack and tank grills but this bike offers both tank grills and luggage rack. tank grills are very use full because they can prevent your bike's tank from scratches. It has led drls bellow the head light, flexible indicators and very use full thing which is USB charger socket. It gets one very important safety feature which is SBT ( Synchronised braking technology ) which is same as CBS ( Combined braking system ). It works as when you press the rear brakes very hard front brakes get activated as well. Now this technology is very rare in commuter of this segment. The company claims it's mileage up to 69 km per liter but we will find it's true mileage when this bike will be available for riding.

3. What makes it different from other commuters- SBT technology, new instrumental cluster. tank grills, luggage rack, USB charging socket, 18 inch tyres and eye catchy looks.

TVS Radeon, best normal bike in india
TVS Radeon
Specs- It comes with 109.7 ccs single cylinder motor which gives the max power of  8.4 bhp @ 7000 rpm and max torque of 8.7 nm @ 5000 rpm. It has a 4-speed gearbox and is available with kick and self start both. It has tubeless tyres with alloys. No disc brakes only drum brakes and fueling system is carbureted. It gets a 5 years warranty. claimed mileage is 69.3 km per litre.

PRICE- 48,400 RUPEES

My views about this bike

As we all know that commuters are not about performance these are all about comfort and mileage. But this bike is more comfortable because of longer and broader seats. This bike gets tubeless tyres pre loaded. So according to me in RS 48 thousand this bike is a feature loaded bike. It has additional safety features SBT , USB charging socket. I have to say that TVS is doing great job day per day.

please stay tuned to our blog to see it's comparison with other commuters.

Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200

Hi friends my name is Yogesh and today we will compare 3 bikes. These bikes are 1. Bajaj pulsar NS 200  2. TVS apache RTR 200 4v 3. KTM duke 200 . Friends I want to tell you that two of my very good friends have Apache 200 4v and duke 200 and before 6 months I was having pulsar 200 ns but I sold it because I was planning to buy pulsar RS 200. leave that a side and let's continue to the comparison. So first we will talk about their engine, then mileage, then top speed, and then I will tell you which bike you should buy according to your choice so with out wasting any time let's get started-

Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200,pulsar 200ns
Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200
1. Bajaj pulsar NS 200- This bike comes with single cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve sohc, triple spark, DTS-i engine. Which is powered by 199.5 cc motor. Which gives the maximum power of 23.5 BHP @ 9,500 rpm and max torque of 18.3 NM@ 8,000 rpm. It has a 6 speed gear box , with carbureted fuel supply and has liquid cooled cooling system. It is only available in self start and kick start is not available in option too. It can give mileage of 36 kmpl in city and 40 kmpl on high ways. It can reach 0-60 kmph in 4.6 sec and 0-100 in 12.50 sec.Company claims it's top speed of 137 km per hour but really it can go up to 140 km per hour. Price of this bike starts from rupees 99 thousand and goes up to 1 lakh 12 thousand rupees but prices may vary in different places.

Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200,apache 200 4v 2018
Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200
2. TVS Apache RTR 200 4V- This bike is powered by 197.75 cc motar with single cylinder. which delivers the max power of 20.7 BHP @9,000 rpm and max torque of 18.1 NM @ 7,000 rpm. It has 4 valves per cylinder. Fuel delivery system is carbureted. It has a single spark plug and has oil cooled cooling system. It has 5 speed gear box. Company claims it mileage of 40 km per liter but it gives 40 km per liter on highways and in cities it gives 37 km per liter. Company claims it's top speed of 127 km per hour but it can go up to 135 km per hour. it reaches 0-60 in 4.11 sec and 0-100 in 13050 sec. One thing I like the most about this bike is that this bike comes with front channel ABS as an option but that model is 12 thousand rupees costlier than the regular one. Price of this bike starts from 97 thousand to 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees. but prices may vary in different places.

Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200,duke 200 vs apache 200
Pulsar 200 NS vs Apache RTR 200 4V vs duke 200
3. KTM duke 200- This bike powered by 199.5 cc singe cylinder motor. Which is capable of delivering the max power of 24.6 bhp @ 10,000 rpm and max torque of 19.2 NM @ 8,000 rpm. It has 4 valves per cylinder, fuel injection as fuel delivery system. a six speed gear box. It gives the mileage of 37 km per liter on high ways and 32 km per liter in cities. it can reach 0-60 in 4 sec and 0-100 in 11 sec and it's observed top speed is of 135 km per hour. Price of this bike starts from 1 lakh 49 thousand rupees and goes up to 1 lakh 56 thousand rupees. but the prices may vary in different places.

So till now I have shown you the major specs of these three bikes which means a lot to every bike rider.

Now it's time for my views -

According to this we can see that pulsar ns 200 is more power full than apache 200 4v but buke 200 is most power full among all the three bikes. duke reaches to 100 in 11 sec which makes it 1.50 sec faster than pulsar 200 ns and 2.50 sec faster than apache 200 4v. But it is almost 40 thousand rupees costlier than pulsar and apache and it also has more heating problems as compared to the pulsar and apache but if you want a bike for more pickup up to 100 km per hour then you should go for duke 200 but should know that pulsar NS 200 has more top speed which is suitable for long race.

And if you want a bike with one extra safety option which is front channel ABS and for more appealing look then you should go for apache rtr 200 4v.

But if you want a bike which full value for money then you should go for pulsar NS 200 because the new pulsar 200 ns comes with more refined engine with less heat problem, less vibrations and higher top speed as compared to both apache and duke 200.It has more pick up than apache but less than duke.

Bolero vs Thar 2018

Hi guys my name is Yogesh and today we will compare two mahindra cars and you know both of the cars because of the heading. these cars are made for different purposes. For example- Bolero is made for villages which is suitable for a big family and Thar is made for off roading and is suitable for hilly areas.

So let's start comparison without wasting any time -

Bolero vs Thar 2018,feature of bolero
Bolero vs Thar 2018
Firstly we will talk about price and what features they offer in that price- The price of Mahindra Thar's top model which is 4 by 4 CRDE is rupees 10 lakh 80 thousand. and the price of bolero power+ is 9 lakh 70 thousand rupees which is 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees lesser than Thar the power+ variant is of 1.5 l engine and the price of mahindra bolero zlx which has 2.5L engine is 10 lakh 50 thousand rupees which is 30 thousand rupees lesser than that of Thar. Bolero is cheaper but it offers more features than Thar such as center locking by remote, power windows, stereo, Fm, USB, CD player, four speakers. which are not available in Thar's any model. Bolero offers AC in all it's variants but Thar offers AC only in it's top model but bolero's AC is more power full than the Thar's AC because the Thar doesn't has the hard top.

Now we will talk about performance - As bolero is available in two engine options 1.5 L and 2.5 L. but Mahindra has named it's 1.5L variant the power + because it gives 71 horses power and one with 2.5 L engine produces 63 horses power and on the other hand Thar CRDE gives 107 horses power which makes it super smooth in hilly area roads. which clears out that bolero can't compete with Thar in power.

Bolero vs Thar 2018,mahindra thar
Bolero vs Thar 2018
Now we will talk about comfort - Guys Thar and comfort are two different words. I mean to say Thar can't match with bolero in comfort. In Thar the driver and the co-driver can be comfortable but the people on the back seat can not be comfortable because firstly those seats are side facing nad doesn't have enough leg room and if you are driving the Thar on very bad roads then you can hurt your back because of it's hard suspension.
But on the other hand if you drive bolero on the same road you will feel that bolero sucks the bumps of the road but the the last seats of bolero are also side facing and they also doesn't have enough leg room and head room this means that 5 people on bolero can travel very comfortably.

Result- Basically the result depends on you but I can clear some points as if you want a car to drive on hilly areas then you should go for Thar.
And if you want a car to drive in village areas in daily basis or for touring purposes then you should definitely go for bolero because it is much more comfortable than the Thar because of ti's soft suspensions and it has lesser body role than Thar and if you want more features in less money then you should go for Mahindra bolero.

Best engine oil for bikes

Hi guys my name is Yogesh, today we will talk about engine oils. Let's get started-

As we all know that the main work of engine oil is to lubricate engine parts, protecting it against the dirt and to absorb the excess heat of engine. So it becomes very necessary to put a good engine oil in your bike according to different temperature condition. For example - I live in Punjab. so here during summer it is very hot so in summer I use 10W40 engine oil in which W stand for winter and 10 stands for engine oil temperature when the bike is not in use. This means that the bike will not heat up easily in summers. but in winter it is very cold so at this time I use 20W40 grade oil because this engine oil is good for winters when temperature is very low and with the help of this oil we don't need to warm our bike for much time.
Best engine oil for bikes, motul 3100
Best engine oil for bikes

Now a day's engine oils have magic in them that according to the temperature conditions they automatically maintain their viscosity.

Now one question arises that what is viscosity?
Simply it's answer is - It's tendency to flow properly.

One thing I want to tell that which ever companies bike do you have they provide a guide in which they have shown which grade oil is best for your bike and after how many km we have to change the oil. you should add the same grade oil but you can change the company. because they know what is best for their bikes and they are the manufacturers of their bike and if they do not provide you the knowledge of their bike then it can show bad results in the sales value.
Now guys I will tell you some of the best engine oil of different companies and for different bikes because there are various companies which claim their engine oil to be the best but I will tell you those engine oils which I have used which can help you to choose one for your bike-
Best engine oil for bikes, shell advance ax7

2. Motul 3100- This oil is available in 20W50 grade which makes it the best oil for bajaj pulsars yamaha fz and this oil is good for heavy usage of bikes.
3. Motul 5100- Available in 15W50 grade which is good for medium to hevy usage . You can use this oil in tvs appache , bajaj pulsar.

4. Shell advance ultra - Now guys this is one of my favourite engine oil because after 3000 + km the performace of the bike remains the same . This oil is used for heavy usage.

Octane booster (NOS)

Hi guys my name is Yogesh and today we will talk about octane booster.

Now a day's octane booster (NOS) are really in demand in India because of movies . In which we see that the Actor driving a super car presses a button of the car and car seems to fly on road and the word written on the button is NOS. So guys NOS is called octane booster. So guys if you are planning to buy an octane booster so first read this post. SO let's get started-

Octane booster,best octane booster
Octane booster (NOS)
Every time it is not possible to get pure petrol for our bike from the fuel station form any place. Now a day's we have very less fuel stations who provide pure petrol other wise all the fuel station do some mixing in their fuel.Due to that mixing a layer of carbon starts depositing in our fuel tank or in our bike's engine. So the Octane booster removes those carbon deposits from the fuel tank or from the engine through silencer or waste pipe and it can make your bike little bit superior but it can not do magic for your bike because I have used this product on my pulsar and royal enefield and I was able to see some minor changes in the engine of my bike such as I can feel much smoother engine than before and the top speed of my bike increased by 3 km per hour but honestly guys it didn't worked on my royal enefield except the smoothness of it's engine. So the very next day I rushed to the very well known mechanics and I talked with them related to octane boosters . They told me an interesting thing that we should not use that product in carburated bikes and this product shows very minor changes in less cc engines such as 200, 250cc. It can show good performance in higher cc bikes more than 300 cc. but If you want to use this liquid then pour a full cap in five liters of petrol and one more thing you should not use this product in scooters or scootees.
Octane booster (NOS),best octane booster

Now I will tel you some of the best octane boosters you can find online easily but in less price .

Guys I am not providing you any link because I am only telling you which octane booster is good for you bike .
1. STP octane booster- RS 350 for 200 ml from amazon
2. Gumout actane booster - RS 350 for almost 300 ml from amazon
3.NOS octane booster -RS 1000 for 350 ml from amazon

NOTE- This product can't do any miracle for your bike. It only depends on you that how much you take care of your bike.

Best bikes under 1 lakh rupees

1. Pulsar NS 200 -In ns 200 you are getting 199.5 cc engine which is capable of delivering 23.2 BHP  power and 18.3 NM torque with triple spark plug. the price of this bike starts from 99,000 to 1,12,000 rs .Just go to the showroom and take the test ride of it and then you will under stand why I have put this post in first position.
2. Appace RTR 200 4v - This bike is offering you 198cc engine which delivers 20 bhp power and 18 nm torque . price of this bike starts from 97,000 to 1,10,000 rupees.

Bajaj pulsar 220F - this bike comes with 220 cc dtsi engine which is oil cooled and twin sparked which delivers max power 21 PS at 8,500 RPM and max torque of 18.55 NM at 7,000 RPM . so why I have added this bike at third position because this bike offers a big bike feel at this price which other bikes fail to offer. this bike is priced very killer which is 95,000 rs.
4. Honda hornet 160 - According to me this bike is the best looking bike in it's segment . It is the only bike which offers CBS ( combi brake system) in this class. but it is less responsive as compared to the gixer but it is more smoother and more fun in cornering this bike . it's base varient is selling at the price tag of 96,000 rs.
5. Suzuki gixer - the bike is also one of it's kind it has 154cc engine and this is also available with single chanel abs . it can reach up to 120 km per hour . it gives a mileage between 50 to 550 km per liter its's base model is of rs 78,000 rs.

the prices shown in this is only ex showroom price and the prices may vary in different places.

So these were six bike which are best in their class .according to me if you want a power full bike which gives you a big bike feel then you should go for pulsar 200 ns , appache RTR 200 4v , and pulsar 220.
but you want a less cc bike and then also you want a big bike feel then you sould go for honda CB hornet and pulsar 160 ns .
and if you want a alroundert bike then you should go for suzuki gixer.

5 Best mileage bikes in 2018

Hi guys my name is Yogesh and this is my first post on this blog and in this post we will talk about best mileage giving bikes in India in 2018.

In T.V ads we have seen many companies claiming their bikes average up to 100 kmpl but that is not practical in real life. but in this blog I will tell you every thing real so with out wasting any time let's get started-
1. Bajaj platina - It is no wrong to call this bike a mileage king specially it's 100 cc variant the company claims it's mileage up to 95 kmpl but in real life it gives mileage up to 75 to 80 km per liter. In new platina we get more comfort, more refined engine and day time running lights also. It's ex showroom price in Delhi is 48,000 rs and 53,000 rs on road in delhi. The prices may vary in different places.
2. Bajaj CT 100 - It has the same mileage as platina but the reason to put it in the second place is it's looks and engine . It does not looks good as compared to platina  and it's engine also dilevers less power as compared to platina. CT 100 standard models comes at the price of 33,000 rs ex showroom in Delhi.

3. TVS sport - if you want to buy a 100 cc bike with a well refined engine. then you can go for TVS sport in real life it gives average between 68 to 72 km per liter. It's base model with drum kick and spokes are selled at the price tag of 40,000 ex showroom Delhi.

4. Hero splendor- Hero splendor is a bike which doesn't needs any type of introduction because we can see hundreds of splendors running on the roads.
